Title: Peanut Butter and Hot Fudge Pudding Cake

Yield: 4 Servings

1/2cFlour
1/4cSugar
3/4tsBaking powder
1/3cMilk
1tbCooking oil
1/2tsVanilla
1/4cPeanut butter
1/2cSugar
3tbUnsweetened cocoa powder
1cBoiling water
OPTIONAL
  Vanilla ice cream
  Fudge ice cream topping
1/3cPeanuts; chopped

In a bowl, combine flour, 1/4 cup sugar, and baking powder. Add milk, oil, and vanilla; stir till smooth. Stir in peanut butter. Pour into ungreased 1.1/2-qt. casserole. In the same mixing bowl, stir together the 1/2 cup sugar and cocoa powder. Gradually stir in boiling water. Pour evenly over batter.

Bake in a 400~ oven about 30 mins. or till a tester comes out clean. Serve warm with ice cream and fudge sauce, if desired. Top w/peanuts.
